Company rating and Telegram bot button in the card

The company's average rating is already shown in the app's general lists — the customer sees your rating even before opening the card.

And if your loyalty program is connected to Telegram, a "Telegram bot" button appears in the company card.

What the customer sees in your company's card

  • Certificates — active ones, as well as those that can still be obtained, and what needs to be done for that; here you'll also find certificates of companies you're in cross-marketing with.
  • Birthday gifts — a banner that lets the customer see in advance what treat you have in store for them.
  • Products for points — a section in a prominent spot, making it simple to redeem points.

The customer finds reasons to come back to you on their own, in the app.

How your company looks in the app's wallet

In the "My companies" section, your business card is shown with a large background image, and next to it the customer sees their bonuses and active certificates specifically for your company. You can put a selling image, a themed background, or the offer itself in this picture — the customer sees it every time they open the wallet.

Where to change it: UDS Business web version → Settings → Company profile → Photos → Company card. Minimum resolution — 686 by 344 pixels, file — no more than 3 MB.

You're found on the map in the app

UDS App has a separate tab-directory with a map: a person opens it and sees which partner companies are nearby — "where to eat", "where to go". It also immediately shows how many points they have at each company.
