Online Sales
Sell online directly through the UDS app: the customer selects products, pays and arranges delivery, while loyalty points are earned automatically.
What it offers your business
Online storefront
Your catalogue is available to customers on their phones at any time.
Payment and delivery
The customer pays for the order online and chooses a convenient way to receive it.
Points for online purchases
Online orders count towards the loyalty programme just like in-store purchases.

Delivery of orders directly from UDS
You can connect delivery to your online store in UDS: Ozon Delivery, Yandex Delivery, and CDEK are available. Set it up in your UDS Business account: "Settings" → "Fulfillment method" section.
To connect Ozon Delivery, you need to be an active Ozon seller — details are in the same "Fulfillment method" section.
Up to 1000 products in the catalog
On the Pro and Pro Trial plans, 1000 products are now available by default instead of the previous 300 — more items fit in the catalog, and managing your assortment in UDS Business is more convenient.
Manage orders right from your phone
In the UDS Business mobile app, accepting orders can be turned on and off with a single button on the company page. During peak load, any manager can pause order intake — and resume it once things ease up.
The same screen has "Stop item": if a price list item runs out, you can remove it from sale, change the quantity (if you track stock in UDS), or delete it — without going near a computer.
Notification if an order isn't paid
A separate notification alarm will warn you that an order is stuck in "awaiting payment" status — the customer placed it but for some reason didn't pay.
You reach out right away and see the order through, instead of finding it abandoned days later.
Minimum order amount and free shipping
The minimum order amount and the free-shipping threshold are calculated from the amount the customer actually pays — after discounts and bonus redemption. The shipping cost itself doesn't count toward this threshold.
Example: the cart totals 1500, free shipping starts at 1000, paid shipping costs 200. The customer can redeem a maximum of 500 in bonuses, leaving 1000 to pay and keeping shipping free. Redeem more, and shipping becomes paid and gets added to the order.
Pickup only where it actually works
If you have several locations but not all of them offer pickup, disable the unnecessary branches: UDS Business → Settings → Online Store → Fulfillment method. By default, all branches are available for pickup, so it's worth checking the list right away.
That way the customer will only see addresses where they can actually come to collect the order.
Order board: see what stage everything is at
Orders are shown on a board with "New", "In progress", and "Out for delivery" columns — you instantly see the whole order journey and staff workload at each stage. Completed and cancelled orders are kept separately. Your notes on an order are visible right on the board, no need to open the card.
The delivery address can be corrected
The customer mixed up the address or changed their mind about the delivery method — there's no need to cancel and re-create the order. Open the order, click "Edit" next to the delivery address, make the changes, and save.
